Gold Tiger’s Eye- Guardian Stone of Leadership

Matthew 28:20-28, “Then the mother of Zebedee’s sons came to Him with her sons, kneeling down and asking something from Him. And He said to her, “What do you wish?”

She said to Him, “Grant that these two sons of mine may sit, one on Your right hand and the other on the left, in Your kingdom.”

But Jesus answered and said, “You do not know what you ask. Are you able to drink the cup that I am about to drink, and be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with?”

They said to Him, “We are able.”

So, he said to them, “You will indeed drink My cup, and be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with; but to sit on My right hand and on My left is not Mine to give, but it is for those for whom it is prepared by My Father.”

And when the ten heard it, they were greatly displeased with the two brothers. But Jesus called them to Himself and said, “You know that the rulers of the Gentiles lord it over them, and those who are great exercise authority over them. Yet it shall not be so among you; but whoever desires to become great among you, let him be your servant. And whoever desires to be first among you, let him be your slave— just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many.”

Dully Note: slave in this text referrers to an indentured or a bondservant, which is, to pay off a debt or settlement. It is not out of an act of aggression or oppressive bondage.

The Golden Tiger’s Eye is a powerful reminder of Godly leadership for all of us on our journey toward our calling and destiny. It is a sign that when we strive for genuine leadership, we will be blessed with honor, integrity, and humility to ensure that the decisions we make are in line with God’s will. As Jesus Christ said: “Whoever desires to become great among you, let him be your servant.”

“Leaders are servants with experience and years of practice.” – Boomer d. Arc

This stone serves as an excellent reminder of this truth, helping us develop strong godly and Christlike leadership skills. With the wisdom from it, we can pursue our purpose in life while constantly asking ourselves if our words and actions are leading others closer to Jesus Christ or further away.

Proverbs 12:17-25, “He who speaks truth declares righteousness, But a false witness, deceit. There is one who speaks like the piercings of a sword, But the tongue of the wise promotes health. The truthful lip shall be established forever, but a lying tongue is but for a moment.

Deceit is in the heart of those who devise evil, but counselors of peace have joy. No grave trouble will overtake the righteous, but the wicked shall be filled with evil. Lying lips are an abomination to the Lord, but those who deal truthfully are His delight.

A prudent man conceals knowledge, But the heart of fools proclaims foolishness. The hand of the diligent will rules, but the lazy man will be put to forced labor. Anxiety in the heart of man causes depression, but a good word makes it glad.”

We are all called to lead, but how can we do so effectively and honorably? Golden Tiger’s Eye is a guardian stone of leadership that helps us to understand what it means to be godly leaders. It teaches us the importance of serving others in a righteous manner and bringing glory to Jesus Christ through our actions. By wearing or meditating with this stone, we take one step closer towards finding our true calling, purpose and destiny with God, through Jesus Christ.

Ecclesiastes 9:7-10, “Go, eat your bread with joy, and drink your wine with a merry heart; For God has already accepted your works. Let your garments always be white, and let your head lack no oil.

Live joyfully with the wife whom you love all the days of your vein life which He has given you under the sun, all your days of vanity; for that is your portion in life, and in the labor which you perform under the sun.

Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with your might; for there is no work or device or knowledge or wisdom in the grave where you are going.”

The Tiger’s Eye gemstone, also known as Golden Tiger’s Eye, is a perfect companion for those on the journey towards godly leadership. This brick-like-stone gives us the strength to channel our focus towards serving others in a way that brings glory to Jesus Christ with honor, integrity and humility.

Not only does it provide strength for us on this journey of finding our calling and purpose in life, but it also assists us in connecting with God through Jesus Christ. Golden Tiger’s eye is a reminder on this road to godliness that no matter our struggles and challenges put before us we can still live up to God’s expectations and reach our Destiny with Him.

Exodus 18:19-23, “Listen now to my voice; I will give you counsel, and God will be with you: Stand before God for the people, so that you may bring the difficulties to God. And you shall teach them the statutes and the laws and show them the way in which they must walk and the work they must do.

Moreover, you shall select from all the people able men, such as fear God, men of truth, hating covetousness; and place such over them to be rulers of thousands, rulers of hundreds, rulers of fifties, and rulers of tens. And let them judge the people at all times.

Then it will be that every great matter they shall bring to you, but every small matter they themselves shall judge. So, it will be easier for you, for they will bear the burden with you. If you do this thing, and God so commands you, then you will be able to endure, and all this people will also go to their place in peace.”
