Ephesians 4:7-16, But to each one of us grace was given according to the measure of Christ’s gift. Therefore, He says: “When He ascended on high, He led captivity captive, and gave gifts to men.”
The grace of God is a gift that is given to us according to the measure of Christ’s sacrifice. In Ephesians 4:7-8, we learn that when Jesus ascended into heaven, He led captivity captive and gave gifts to men. Through His death on the cross, Jesus gave us the ultimate gift of salvation and grace, which can be experienced by anyone who believes in Him.
(Now this, “He ascended”—what does it mean but that He also first descended into the lower parts of the earth? He who descended is also the One who ascended far above all the heavens, that He might fill all things.)
Through the ages, people have asked questions about the meaning of Jesus’s ascension into Heaven. In Paul’s letter to the Ephesians, he provides a powerful answer: Jesus descended from Heaven to earth and then ascended back to Heaven. This incredible journey is a reminder of Jesus’s power and His divine mission to be our Savior. Paul reminds us that Jesus ascended “far above all the heavens” in order to give us hope and everlasting life.
And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ,
Jesus Christ Himself established the offices of apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers to equip and empower his followers for the work of ministry. Through these holy offices, God’s people can be unified and edified in their faith as they strive to fulfill His commission for them. With the help of these spiritual roles, Christians are able to grow spiritually and serve faithfully in their respective ministries.
However, the offices in the church also apply to all positions in our everyday lives in business, school, and communities. God doesn’t want us to just work in the church. He wants us to use our gifts and talents through our daily lives; however, it must be do according to His plan, purpose, and will. Then, He will give you the desires of your heart.
God’s teachings provide us with valuable lessons that can be applied to all aspects of life. From the office of the church, we can learn how to lead, manage, and serve in our everyday lives. We can take these teachings and use them in our businesses, schools, and communities to bring about positive change and growth. With God’s guidance, we can become better leaders, managers, and servants in our respective fields.
We all have a plan for our lives, but it is only when we surrender to God’s plan that we are truly able to experience the desires of our hearts. When we trust in God and allow Him to be the ultimate director of our lives, He will work in us and through us to bless us with His perfect plans. By following His will and purpose, we can walk confidently into the future knowing that He has already laid out what is best for us.
till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ;that we should no longer be children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men,
Unity and faith are essential to achieving a sense of wholeness and completeness. As Christians, we strive to come together in unity and knowledge of the Son of God so that we may reach the full measure of Christ’s stature. Through this, we can move beyond being mere children, tossed by the waves and carried about with every wind of doctrine.
in the cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting, 15but, speaking the truth in love, may grow up in all things into Him who is the head—Christ—from whom the whole body, joined and knit together by what every joint supplies,

Thankfully, there is another way to achieve our goals: speaking the truth in love. By doing so, we can nurture relationships and build trust that will help us grow together into a single body united under Christ.

He has made everything beautiful in its time. Also, He has put eternity in their hearts, except that no one can find out the work that God does from beginning to end.
The worker has much to gain from his labor, as God has given all of us tasks to accomplish in our lifetime. From these tasks, we are able to gain a sense of satisfaction and fulfillment in our lives. Additionally, God has made everything beautiful in its time so that we can fully appreciate the effort put into labor and the reward gained from it.
I know that nothing is better for them than to rejoice, and to do good in their lives, and also that every man should eat and drink and enjoy the good of all his labor—it is the gift of God.
Living a joyous and fulfilling life is something that everyone strives for. To achieve this, it’s important to recognize the importance of rejoicing, doing good, and appreciating the rewards of hard work. This is a sentiment echoed in Ecclesiastes 3:12-13, which emphasizes the need to live life with gratitude and joy in order to make the most of our time on Earth.
I know that whatever God does, it shall be forever. Nothing can be added to it, and nothing taken from it. God does it, that men should fear before Him. That which is has already been, and what is to has already been; And God requires an account of what is past.
From the dawn of time, humanity has sought to understand the divine power of God. Throughout history, we have seen evidence of His unfathomable wisdom and influence in our lives. God’s actions are eternal, and nothing can be added or taken away from them. This is a reassuring thought for those who believe in His presence and power, as it means that whatever He does will stand the test of time. It is also a warning that we should revere Him at all times, as He alone knows what will be tomorrow.

“According to His good pleasure which He purposed in Himself, that in the dispensation of the fullness of the times He might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven, and which are on earth—in Him.”
God’s ultimate plan for mankind is to gather all things in Christ and bring them into one. This is a plan that has been in place since the beginning of time and will be realized when the fullness of time has come. Through the power of His good pleasure, God has purposed to bring about this gathering so that all things in heaven and on earth may be united in Christ.
“In Him also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestined according to the purpose of Him who works all things according to the counsel of His will, that we who first trusted in Christ should be to the praise of His glory.”
We have been blessed with a great inheritance when we put our trust in Christ. According to the purpose of God, He works all things according to His will, and this includes our predestined inheritance. Through this, we can be confident that whatever happens in life is part of His plan and is for our good. By believing in Him, we can be sure that He will always provide us with an inheritance that will bring us joy and fulfillment.
