Satan and his demonic forces are waging a spiritual warfare against the believers and non-believers of God. As children of God, we must be on alert and equip ourselves with the spiritual armor that God has provided us. This armor, including the shield of faith, breastplate of righteousness, helmet of salvation and the sword of spirit, providing the needed protection to stand against our enemies in this spiritual battle. As we take up this armor and strengthen our relations with our Guardians and with God Himself, we are sure to prevail in this conflict against Satan and his army.
We are living in a spiritual battlefield and the enemy, Satan, is constantly at work trying to defeat us. In order to stand firm against the evil forces of darkness, we must put on our spiritual armor according to Ephesians 6:11. As believers in Jesus Christ and Children of God, we must be vigilant and sober minded.
We have to understand that the devil is on a mission; he roams around like a lion searching for someone to devour. Courageously equip yourself with the truth of God’s Word and call on your guardians such as angels and saints as well as on your heavenly Father for protection. With God’s help and power, you can overcome any opposition against you.
As our enemy, Satan and his army of fallen angels, move throughout the world seeking whom they may devour, it is important for Christians to remember to put on their spiritual armor – the armor of God – and stand for the truth. It is the only way that we can effectively fight against the many threats posed by evil forces in this world.
Being sober and vigilant when it comes to our spiritual warfare enables us to defeat enemies like fear, doubt, discouragement, and ultimately death itself. We do not need to be afraid because we have a powerful Guardian who will always prevail – God Almighty! It is with Him that we can trust in no matter what situation we may face. So let us go forth courageously into any kind of spiritual battle ahead of us knowing that Our Savior will never fail us!
Be prepared! The battle is real. Satan and his forces are on the move, designed to ruin the lives of God’s people through lies, deception and evil. As children of God, we need to arm ourselves with spiritual armor and learn how to stand against these forces come against us. We must know who our enemies are – ourselves, our guardians and above all God and His Trinity.
It is only by being sober-minded and vigilant that we can hope to be victorious against these unseen forces of darkness that surround us. Therefore, let us put on our armor provided by the Almighty Himself for it is time for Spiritual Warfare!
As Christians, we are all in a spiritual battle. While we have the omnipotent power of God on our side, however, we still need to be equipped with His armor as well. We must understand that the enemy is active and, if given the chance, will devour us without hesitation.
As Peter said in, I Peter 5:8 – “Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour”. It’s time for us to put on our armor and stand ready for this spiritual warfare so that we do not become victims of Satan and his army.
We must know ourselves as children of God and arm ourselves with faith in His promises. We must also know our guardians–angels who are sent by God to protect us from evil–and understand how they work so that we can enlist their help in times of danger. Finally, it is important to remember that our most powerful weapon against Satan is God himself – He will always give us the tools, the wisdom, the knowledge, and the decrement we need to stand against any unholy thing that comes against us, in the name of Jesus.
Today, more than ever before, it is important to understand the spiritual warfare that we are engaged in and to be ready for battle. We must put on our armor and fight against our enemy-Satan, the devil. With Jesus as our commander-in-chief, we can stand firm against the evil one.
It is essential to know ourselves and recognize the signs of when he is planning an attack so that we can fight back with strength and conviction. The Bible tells us to “be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour”. Let’s follow God’s command and arm ourselves for battle against Satan’s army!
